Casa Vita is our home. A newly completed Mediterranean-style farmhouse sitting directly on the water at Chertsey Meads, built around the things we care about most — moving well, eating properly, and long mornings around a full table.
We open it up once a month for Casa Vita Saturdays, hosted by Coach Clem and Chef Sibs. The rest of the time it works as a location for filming, photoshoots and private hire. Everything served here is grown in our own kitchen garden or sourced from farms and suppliers within a few miles of the house. That is the whole ethos — farm to table, in the most literal sense we can manage.
At the heart of the house is a spectacular open-plan kitchen and living space, centred around a bespoke solid oak and granite island, antique limestone flooring and hand-aged Welsh oak beams. The kitchen opens seamlessly onto the riverside terrace, so inside and outside work as one continuous space.
Throughout, natural and reclaimed materials create depth, texture and warmth — Purbeck stone, reclaimed Croatian oak, French terracotta, antique limestone, Venetian plaster and Moroccan zellige tiles. Newly built, but with the feel of somewhere that has been here a very long time.
Outside, the private 0.33-acre grounds hold landscaped gardens, a greenhouse, the kitchen garden and direct river frontage.

Directly over the Thames, with uninterrupted water views and a hand-aged Welsh oak pergola.
Historic oak dining table, grill kitchen and Gozney pizza oven.
Five arched windows and reclaimed French terracotta flooring.
Including a principal suite with Venetian plaster, oak beams and a statement copper bath.
Professional Black Box rig — an additional space for fitness and lifestyle content.
Landscaped gardens, greenhouse, kitchen garden and direct river frontage.
A morning of movement, good food, sunshine and plenty of time around the table.
Sessions are built for every level. The workout is genuinely fun and genuinely hard — scaled to whoever turns up. Afterwards, brunch is served on the terrace over the water. No need to change: stay in your gym kit and eat.
Arrive from 8.50am so we can get everyone settled and ready to start at 9am sharp.
A coached session with Coach Clem — full warm-up, then a hybrid workout suited to all levels. Finishes around 10am.
An exceptional brunch by Chef Sibs, served on the terrace overlooking the Thames. Grown here or sourced locally.
Casa Vita is our home, and the name says what we were after: casa for home, vita for life. We've been together eleven years and spent a lot of them travelling. Food, fitness and new places are our love languages, and food most of all.
Clementina's Italian heritage runs through everything here, and the Italian way of life is really the whole point of it. Eating well, eating together, and letting a meal take as long as it takes. Everybody around one table, nobody in a hurry, like a famiglia. The house was designed by Sibs around exactly that, long lunches, people staying late, a kitchen you can't get out of.
The rest follows on. Grow what we can in the garden, buy the rest from farmers and producers near us, cook it properly, and put it on a table that seats everybody. Opening it up on a Saturday morning was never really a business plan, it was wanting more people around that table.
Clem has spent over twenty years in the fitness industry, a Master Trainer at one of London's leading boutique studios, and coaching roles all over the world. Sessions here are hybrid and scaled to whoever's in front of her, built so the hardest hour of your week is also the most fun one. Her Italian heritage is where the name Casa Vita came from and, more to the point, where the belief that a workout should finish at a table comes from.
Sibs is a self-taught chef, qualified in pizza, and cooks almost entirely from the places we've travelled. Every menu starts with whatever the kitchen garden is giving us that week and works backwards, filled in by farms and suppliers within a few miles. He also designed the house. The Purbeck stone, the reclaimed oak, the Gozney on the terrace were all drawn up around feeding a lot of people outdoors, which is what it now does once a month.
The menu is built around whatever the kitchen garden is giving us that week. Potatoes, tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, beetroot, chillies, artichokes, herbs and salad are grown on site in our own raised beds and greenhouse, and picked the morning they are served. In late summer the blackberries come from the lanes around the Meads.
Everything else comes from local farms and suppliers we know by name — bread, dairy, eggs, meat and fish. Nothing travels further than it needs to. It is not a marketing line; it is simply how we cook at home, and it is why the food tastes the way it does.

Fourteen spaces per session. £65 per person, including training and brunch.
Casa Vita offers a rare blend of rustic Mediterranean charm and contemporary luxury. Just minutes from Shepperton and Longcross Studios and within easy reach of London, the property is a beautifully considered backdrop for filming, photoshoots, commercials, editorial and lifestyle productions.
The kitchen opens seamlessly onto the riverside terrace, allowing interior and exterior to work as one continuous space on camera. The 60 sqm terrace sits directly over the water — particularly suited to food, cooking, drinks and lifestyle shoots. Reclaimed materials throughout give a newly built property an established, characterful feel that photographs beautifully.

What a session at Casa Vita! The perfect setting to be worked hard and to feel great, followed by an exceptional brunch. Can Saturdays be any better?
Unreal experience from the start. The vibes were high, the food was next level and the workout hit every muscle in the body. 100% I’ll be returning and I already can’t wait for the next event.
Casa Vita is an absolute hidden gem. I’ve now been to two workout breakfast mornings and I’ll definitely be back for more. It’s really easy to book, and from the moment you arrive the whole experience feels special.
The riverside setting is incredible, Coach Clem gets the perfect balance between challenging and enjoyable, and then you sit down to an amazing feast from Chef Sibs, with homemade breads, salads, sweet treats and locally sourced ingredients.
I absolutely love the concept and what Casa Vita stands for. I’d encourage anyone to go and experience it, you won’t be disappointed.
